Thanks, this was very helpful. I have a question: if a team uses a physical machine to scan documents; but the machine itself does not provide a productivity report on how well a team member is performing. Is it fine to use a spreadsheet in the case? Or for tasks that are more manual that can’t be captured in a system like a CRM. Any thoughts on that and governance? Thanks!
